On-site presence: While we coordinate and manage every detail behind the scenes, you’ll need to be present during installations and any contractor work — to let in painters, wallpaper hangers, electricians, and others. If preferred, we can arrange on-site management for an additional cost.
Receiving and unpacking deliveries: You’ll be responsible for accepting and unpacking shipments as they arrive. We schedule white-glove delivery whenever possible, and can coordinate assembly services as needed. If you’re unavailable or would prefer hands-off support, we’re happy to arrange third-party receiving services for a fee.

While overall project budgets vary widely based on unique scope and priorities, most of our spaces land in the range of $30,000–$75,000 per room. That range reflects:
